My Master’s degree in Psychology helped me recognize one thing that changed how I do business today. That is empathy. Companies tend to talk to clients confusingly. Looking at them as a transaction for their business rather than an individual. I treat my clients like I’m sitting next to them, like I am on the journey with them, instead of confusingly talking to them, \ which brings a lot more anxiety. That’s something we’re trying to remove in the process.
Building a personal relationship with all my clients has helped us grow and improve the client experience. Carrying this philosophy into your business will help your current clients have a better experience and, in turn, will get you more referrals.
